Project Executive
Works closely with client project team and facilitates implementation for both single and multi-site facilities. Prepares project plans, establishes and maintains Sr. level business relationships, and achieves high level of customer satisfaction. Corresponds with clients concerning the status of projects relating to milestones and resource usage. Up to 75% overnight travel.
Four-year degree required (BA/BS). BS in Med Technology w/specialized course work in blood bank collection and/or transfusion is desired.
Broad understanding of blood bank transfusion and donor operational environment is essential. Prior experience deploying blood bank transfusion and/or donor collections information systems is desired.

Senior Programmer Analyst
Assists in the analysis of present systems and operations; documents existing procedures and operating methods; defines requested requirements, analyzes documentation. Designs or assists in designing logic of individual programs and systems of various complexity, executes tests to verify logic. Codes, debugs and documents programs, monitors program execution and initiates modifications as needed.
BS Computer Science or equivalent experience. 4+ years experience with Delphi and/ or C# Visual Studio .NET, Relational Data Base experience, SQL Server and/or Oracle a plus. Windows workstation and server knowledge is required. Formal training / experience in Client/Server programming, OO Architecture and Development a plus. Project estimating experience. High energy, self motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Manager of Finance
Responsible for SEC filings. Oversees revenue recognition process. Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization and Sec. 404 compliance. Assists with the integration of financial components of U.S. and foreign acquisitions. Designation of CPA required. Requires a bachelor's or master’s degree in finance or accounting and at least 5 years of experience in audit or industry. Performs a variety of tasks. Reports to the Vice President of Finance.
