Chairman/CEO
Michael I. Ruxin, M.D., Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer, founded Global Med’s predecessor company in 1989,
and founded Global Med in 1995. Dr. Ruxin received a B.A. degree
from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.D. degree from the University
of Southern California, and is a licensed physician in California
and Colorado.
President/COO
Thomas F. Marcinek, President and Chief Operating
Officer since March 1998, was the president of the Data Technologies Group, a division
of Henry Schein, Inc., Melville, New York, and was the president
and owner of a practice management software consulting firm prior
to joining Global Med. Mr. Marcinek received his BA Degree in Management with Honors from St. Mary's College of California and has nearly two decades’
experience as an MIS specialist.
Senior VP of International
Business Development
Gerald F. Willman, Jr., Senior Vice President of
International Business Development, has been a director of the Company
and the Vice President of the Wyndgate division since May 1995.
In his 20+ year career with Wyndgate, Mr. Willman has had responsibilities
ranging from product design and development to management and sales.
He has a B.S. degree from Hampden Sydney College and an MBA
from National University.
VP of Operations
Timothy J. Pellegrini, Vice President of Operations,
is one of the founders of Wyndgate Technologies, Global Med's predecessor
company, joining the team in 1985. He has a B.S. degree in business
administration with a concentration in management information science
and computer science from California State University, Sacramento.
VP of R&D
Miklos Csore, Vice President of Research and Development,
leads the Company’s efforts to design and commercialize medical
information technology. He has a B.S. degree in mathematics from
the University of Budapest and has been with the company since 1995.
VP of Domestic Sales &
Marketing
Wm. Scott Dustin, Vice President of Domestic Sales
& Marketing for Wyndgate Technologies, leads the company’s
efforts in domestic sales. Mr. Dustin has held management positions
in sales and marketing within the healthcare industry since 1987.
Most recently, Mr. Dustin was vice president of sales for McKesson
Health Solutions. Mr. Dustin brings professional sales training
and leadership, along with a professional healthcare background, to
the Wyndgate team.
VP of Finance
Darren Craig, CPA, Vice President of Finance, has been with the Company since October 2000, and heads the Company’s finance department including primary responsibility for SEC filings and related compliance. Mr. Craig was formerly with Ernst & Young where he completed management training and was promoted to audit manager. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Craig managed public as well as non-public clients. One of his accomplishments while at Ernst & Young was to assist Waste Connections with their initial public offering. Additionally, he worked on several mergers and acquisitions during his tenure. Mr. Craig has a Masters in Accounting from the University of Southern California and also received a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.
