(“Global Med” or the “Company”) (OTCBB:GLOB), an international e-Health, medical information technology company, will report its fourth quarter and year end financial results on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, after the market closes. The Company will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern on the same day.
