Global Med’s New Transfusion Safety RFID Product to be Demoed
Denver , CO – (September 25, 2009) –– Global Med Technologies®, Inc. (“Global Med” or the “Company”) (OTCBB:GLOB), an international healthcare information technology company, will present at the Third Annual Maxim Group Growth Conference. Mick Ruxin, M.D., Chairman and CEO, is scheduled to present on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern in the Imperial Room of the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York.
Dr. Ruxin will give a 25-minute presentation regarding Global Med’s business and discuss its unique value proposition, latest product developments, including the verIDhemos system, which is Global Med’s recently announced innovative transfusion safety RFID product (not for sale in the U.S.), as well as the Company’s financial performance and prospects. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
